Crowborough is on the Oxted to Uckfield line served by Southern providing services to London and Uckfield. Currently there is an hourly off-peak service to London (London Bridge), and an hourly off-peak service to Uckfield. Additional services run at peak times. Crowborough is served by a number of buses:-
There is a regular service on route 229 between Crowborough and Tunbridge Wells run by Arriva Buses. A timetable can be found here on the Arriva Website . Buses serve Alderbrook, Fermor Road, Whitehill Road, Croft Road and the High Street. From the High Street the buses go to Tunbridge Wells. The service does not run on Sundays or Bank Holidays
Crowborough is also served by buses on route 29 between Brighton and Tunbridge Wells. Details of the timetable which is effectively half hourly can be found at Brighton & Hove Buses. The route is run by Stagecoach, Arriva and Brighton Buses. Incidentally details of Supersaver fares can be found here and in particular there is a SuperSaver fare which allows you to travel on Bright and Hove buses all day for less than the cost of parking in many places!
There are also the Rider buses operated by Renown Coaches that provide a service on Mondays to Fridays to and from Rotherfield and a service around the town on Mondays to Saturdays. Easylink provides a door-to-door service for those who have difficulty accessing public transport.
Once a week it will pick you up and take you to Crowborough, giving you time to do your shopping before bringing you home again. Once a month it will take you to Tunbridge Wells.
